In many ways, they represent the west. With the current senile, lying, racist fuck head in charge of the leading western nation, it makes ALL western nations look bad by comparison. Furthermore, Trump's bullshit flavour of fascism is spreading to other western countries. Canadian conservative politicians in particular have started pushing this shit, forgetting that we're not the United States, nor, pray to God, we ever will be. If Trump wins, the fall out will be the continued decline of the west.
