Few games are really made to be speedrun, but that doesn't mean they're not fun or interesting. Why is GameFAQs always so awful about anything regarding speedruns? Also, cheating in speedrunning is almost inevitable on any level. Golden Eye, Super Mario 64, even YuGiOh all have rather notorious stories about cheating. Hell, the most mainstream videogame player is a notorious cheater.
