Hello POTD, it has been quite some time since I've last been here, how are you all doing? I hope you don't mind, I just kinda needed to vent to strangers. So to start things off, my father passed away back in December after having been in the hospital for a month and a half or so. With him gone, now both my parents are dead and I'm now the only person living in my home now which that alone would be enough of a challenge having to adapt to being alone after 35 years of living along with others, but in addition to that I have both my physical and mental issues that make this a bit more of a challenge to adapt to. In addition to this, with my father having passed away, the job I had, which was taking care of him, is also gone so I don't have a source of income at the moment and my hearing to try and get disability isn't until mid February or so. So currently, I am in quite a predicament when it comes to my future and needless to say it is causing quite the bit of stress on me.

So both the end of last year and the start of this one have not been the best for me, and with my life in the hands of some random judge, I can't help but not be freaked out, especially since I can't work and selling off my dad's belongings can only get me so far before I run out of his things that could actually sell for money.
