Topic	Is There A Deterrent To A Woman Falsely Accusing A Man Of Sexual Assault?

And there are hardly any false accusations statistically. The idea that you need to deter women coming forward with what happened to them to "Punish the liars." is just giving a greenlight to the empowerment of predators.
