One thing I liked about 4 is how it really makes Kiryu feel like he's on top of his game. He is the last character you play as, and has a ton of the low level abilities already filled out and he has his ultimate attacks at the ready. You play as him and feel like it's time to end this shit once and for all. I loved it. I had that exact feeling when I opened the skills.
