I immediately thought Y4 looked a little better in that regards. One thing I actually did find annoying in Y3 was the street fights. I was used to aggressive enemies showing up on the map. Didn't take me long to realize how to spot them out, but one issue is sometimes there are a TON of NPCs crowding the streets making it hard to get around them. And yes I know walking makes it easier to avoid them, but sometimes there are just too many NPCs in the way.
