Topic	Why do woman always talk about drama all the time?

That and bad talking other women. And it wasn't just work either just generally on the street you hear that stuff. Stereotypes exist for a reason. Guys gossip somewhat but it's very one note. Basically just sex. Whoever they banged/banging, baby mama drama, money issues with women etc. Even if its about work its still sexual, like who is banging who in the office.
