Healer just needs to keep everyone alive and DPS just needs to do as much DPS as possible. Tanks job depends on the preconceptions and subsequent expectations of the other party members else they're shit. They gotta pull more adds cause we're going too slow. They gotta pull less cause the healer can't keep up or doesn't _want_ to keep up because they think the tank is pulling too much. They have to be the leader of the party unless someone else thinks they should take control. It just goes on.
