I'll just have rookies with me and I'll be expected to talk to them and explain how things work. Then show them how to do the job by doing my job like I already do. Then the nice part comes in I start making them do my job for me so I can critique how they do it and correct them as needed. Plus having a rookie by my side will slightly deter inmates from being aggressive cause they may be a rookie but 2 officers is still better odds than 1 --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
