E. Do the task for Sharpedo. It never hurts to have friends.

Spend a night with Uncle Sharpy's friend? Could it really be that easy? Well it seems like the best option to take and you'd rather stay on Uncle Sharpy's good side.

You swim towards the hut, the pond goes almost right next to it. These guys sure like being close to water. You're unsure what you'll find inside. 100 Carvanhas? Mrs Sharpedo? Heck even a dozen Blastoise wouldn't surprise you at this point.

You hop up to the door and squechily hit it with your fins. The door quickly opens and you are surprised by who answers. It's a little kid.

Little Kid: "Oh boy! A Magikarp!"

The kid looks around, then picks you up with genuine excitement and waves you about as he shows you around the hut. It's full of fishing equipment.

Little kid: "Hi Magikarp! My Name's Joey! This is my bed and this is my table and this is where we put our nets and rods. Wow you're heavy. I never got see a Magikarp before! Except pictures. My grandpa says I'm not allowed. But you don't seem so bad! We're going to be the best of friends. My grandpa's a fisherman, he knows everything in the world about fish but he hates Magikarp. "

He places you in a bath and fills it with water. You've never seen someone be genuinely happy to see you before. IT feels... nice..

Joey: "My dad was going to be a fisherman but he got sick and they said he couldn't do it anymore. So he does trains and boats and stuff instead. But my Grandpas says he's gonna show me to how be a fisherman. I've already caught a bunch of fish. He's the best. Do fish have grandpas? I bet you don't even remember yours. This one time I was out by the lake when I saw this weird pink thing and I thought it was dead but it turns out it was just moving so slowly that I didn't even notice, so I got this big tablecloth and we-"

Joey never shuts up. At first it's cute but he just keeps talking and talking. Eventually he just makes you sleepy. Before you know it you've drifted off and are fast asleep.

Next thing you know it's morning, you're awoken by a quiet thud and realize you're still in the tub. Well at least you got some rest finally. Then you notice Joey lying next to the tub with a blanket. Instead of going to bed he stayed next to you all night.

Joey is still fast asleep when you hear the thud again. It's coming from outside. You hop out of the tub and look out the window to see Uncle Sharpy in the pond, almost directly below you, with a smug look on his face.

Uncle Sharpy: "Sharpedo Sharpedo Sharpedo!" (Ah, you did good Karp. I thought you would. See. Nice and easy right. And I look out for my friends. Here you are.)

He tosses you a bottle of Medicine through the window that you catch awkwardly with your mouth.

You obtained item: Medicine.

Yes! That's it! That's the medicine you needed! It was a wild ride but you finally have it. If yesterday was the worst day of your life then it looks like this is going to be the best one.

Then suddenly you hear the front door open and 2 men walk in. This does wake Joey up.

Joey: "Daddy! Grandpa!" He rushes to the door and hugs them both.

Joesph: "It's good to see you too son. I'm sorry we left you on your own last night. Daddy didn't have a choice."

Joey: "It's okay. I made a friend."

Old Joe: "Hey boy, it's good to se-.... BOY! THAT'S A MAGIKARP! What did I tell you! No Magikarps! EVER!!"

Joey: "But he's nice."

Old Joe: "NO JOEY! How many times have I told you! Your pa he-"

Suddenly Joesph starts going into anaphylaxis. He collaspes to the ground and starts coughing and spluttering, his skin starts to turn blue.

Joey: "Daddy? Dad! What's wrong dad. You're scaring me."

Old Joe jumps forward and takes a swing at you. Luckily you're still by the window so you leap into the water below to escape and land almost directly next to Uncle Sharpy who seemed to be expecting the whole thing.

Uncle Sharpy: "Sharpedo Sharpedo Sharpedo Sharpedo Sharpedo Sharpedo." (Ahhh that Joesph, what a shame he has such a lethally severe Magikarp allergy. He was a real up and comer in this backwater. He was going to propose to the mayor today that the village restarts the railway, opens this place up to the sea and builds a port. Stop this from being a dump slowly bled to death by a casino. But see, dozens of ships, hundreds of people, constant expansion? New pokemon? Those huge things from the ocean? Nah. I like it how it is. Simple and with me in charge. I couldn't have done it without you. Honestly I'd given up on finding a Karp in time, and then you appear on the last possible day as if by magic. It was fate really.)

Oh no! No wonder Old Joe hated you so much. Joey must have covered his dad with your slime and scales when he hugged him. You see Old Joe and Joey huddled over Joesph's spasming body by the doorway. Uncle Sharpy has already started to swim away.

Joey: "I got sea-sickness tablets and milk and blankets. We can-"

Old Joe: "No! The only thing that'll do him now is that fancy expensive Medicine! And we ran out of that ever since it got so darn pricey."

Joey: "I can run to the store! I'll get it!"

Old: "No boy, there's no time for that. If you're at the store when your pa dies you'll never live wit yourself. You need to say goodbye now."

Joey: "Daddy... nnoo.. I'm sorry..."

You look back at them, then look at your medicine

What do you do:

A: Give Old Joe the Medicine. You can't just leave them like this.
B: Turn your back and swim away. That Medicine is for your grandfather.
