It does matter, quite a lot. Taking the animal formulation is much more dangerous than the human formulation. As I said, nobody is made safer by conflating animal and human formulations of drugs. Nor are we made safer by conflating all unsafe things as equally unsafe. We need to accurately represent the truth if we want to persuade people, we can't lie out of laziness or convenience.
