If you want all four old men in your party (and presumably a healer) do you just not bring a support and all of the old man synergy effects make up for it? The one who really cares about having a full Dawn Warriors party is Xezat, and Xezat AASB gives such a team 100% Crit and Crit Damage Up on entry for free. So, he does indeed cover your support requirements. (You'd also want a healer with quick cast, ideally, because Xezat AASB only gives two turns of that.) --- I don't like this duchy.
