Which scene is this, again?
SPOILERS (I guess)
I think he's referring to the scene after Jaime kills Aerys. In GoT, we see this from Ned's POV, in which he sees Jaime sitting on the Iron Throne. He believes Jaime wanted the kingship for himself. This is revisited in aSoS, in which Jaime kills Aerys after the latter just tried to burn the whole city down to ashes. Jaime entertains the notion of giving the Iron Throne to whoever comes first. In comes Ned.

I'm personally hoping they'll do some sort of prequel that delves into Robert's Rebellion as well as the events that led up to that war, though I doubt it.
