That would infuse so much money into the community. if every black person had a lets say 10-20k - 30 year loan with 1% interest rate the amount of business or lands or people that would just straight up take out of poverty --- we rich now but used to be slaves,we pushing whips now we used to be whipped,rockin chains when we used to be in 'em ...
