Except you're saying that she left the show to pursue other roles, which would mean it was her choice. She clearly said that it wasn't her choice, and that it was the decision of the show's creators. Like do you just love being wrong or what?

There were rumours Halston was dating Seth and her departure was because they broke up, the implication (and irony) being that Seth couldn't handle seeing her on set every day so soon after the breakup. I really liked the character development they had going for her and would like to see her return, especially since Prodigal Son has now been cancelled. (It looked like they were going to make her character a serial killer to follow in the character's father's footsteps, Michael Sheen was a fantastic psychopath)

Season three is supposed to be releasing soon, but they've taken it off Fox and put it on Hulu and I've no idea where they are going to air it in Canada or the rest of the world as Seth has stated he is going to take advantage of the streaming format and give us longer episodes.

That would make sense. If it really was the reason that they got rid of her, hopefully enough time has passed that she can be on the show again.
