I would not be surprised if Bill Hader wins a best director oscar one day (assuming he goes for film). For Barry being his first real crack at directing he continues to knock it out of the park. I'm sure it helps that he's working with Alec Berg, but the farther this show goes along the more and more his episodes outshine Bergs.
