Jimmy/Gene knows they only keep the security recordings for 72 hours and won't find out the items are missing before then, so there's really no evidence even if they do piece it together.

It's always funny when they have to make up brands like Zafiro Aejo and yet Cinnabon seemingly has no issue depicting their manager instigating a minor heist.
