| LinkPizza 10/03/22 11:11:31 PM #19: | Mine does the hourly thing. So, I could come in late or leave early. But in the end, that doesnt really matter because I make my own hours during the week. As long as I get my 80 every pay period, Im good. If Im over, it get converted into more hours to take off. If Im under, I just use some PTO hours to bump it up to 80 And I usually still have plenty of time to take off and see my family. And if Im leaving halfway through a pay period, I sometimes work extra hours the first week so I can use less time off for the next week It helps a little OhhhJa posted... Then just take a full day and play video games. If you have pto, use it Yeah.
