adjl 11/15/22 8:18:05 AM #3:	So long as this isn't abused to refuse making multiple Joycon repairs for the same person (that "multiple complaints for the same case" line could be interpreted that vaguely if they wanted), I'm all for it. Far, far too many companies treat dealing with abusive assholes as an unavoidable part of customer service. Any company that lets staff refuse service to them deserves major props for that, in my books. --- This is my signature.
