My wife and I both have some health insurance we pay into, and it seems her plan will give us up to 5k to get wheelchairs so long as her doctor says she could utilize them.

So we are gonna get a cheaper little "transport wheelchair" (designed just for me to push her) and then another one for her own use (electric or otherwise).

She isn't necessarily to the point of needing them, but honestly if MAID does accept her and she passes away, I would sell them very cheaply to someone in need or maybe even donate them to someone.
