People like me who are begging for some playable assholes and terrified Scara and Dottore (likely a clone) will be pals, tsundere at worst, and then people like you who don't want playable antagonists. I'm fine with playable antagonists... if that's the kind of game I'm playing. But that's clearly not the angle Genshin Impact is going for. All the characters we recruit are supposed to be friends, they even have friendship levels. Which means they will have to change it so Scaramouche is not an antagonist, but rather an antihero ally or something. He's most likely going to need some kind of redemption arc, or else how would the friendship dialogues even work? And like I said, it's going to be hard to make me buy his redemption, and I have a hard time seeing him as a believable ally. Plus, I just enjoyed having him as a villain that you love to hate. Still, though, I am eager to see what direction they take his character. --- And who are you, my little friend? Not a spoon... not a fork... but something in between. A fpoon.
