They even have frienship levels and dialogues where they talk about how much they like us. I don't think the game ever totally redeems Tartaglia or makes him to be a truly good person, but I do think the game makes it believable that he sincerely likes us and is loyal to us. Right now, it's hard to see that happening with the Wanderer. Right now, he doesn't even look like someone who can truly like or be loyal to someone. So it's hard to see him becoming "friends" with us in a way that isn't contrived. Again, I'll try to go into his story with an open mind, but I don't feel like the story up to now has laid the groundwork for him becoming a genuine friend and ally. --- And who are you, my little friend? He's certainly friendly to us and has no personal grudge, and he adores his family, but his little trip to the Abyss still messed him up and a big portion of his happy attitude feels like a facade. he's also still loyal to the Tsaritsa and he'd attempt to remove our head from our shoulders if she ever ordered it. action52 posted...
