So how did the elves lose when they outnumbered humans like at least 1000 to 1? And why should we care about elves' plight in the current timeframe when they are stand ins for humans? The whole thing is pointless and dumb.
Plus, the episode wanted us to care about characters that were never developed and a romance that came out of basically nowhere. Plus, the dialogue sucks, the main bad guys are inconsistent which I think the writers mistake for complexity. And the CGI was godawful. Oh, and a tacked on ending with Ciri that makes no sense.
