So if you made some kind of whole grain dough without separating the germ and you make a sauce from tomatoes and you used vegetables and cold pressed olive oil, that's unhealthy? Because that's really weird you'd say that. These are all ingredients found in many common dishes that aren't labeled unhealthy, but somehow stacking those and putting them in an oven makes them unhealthy? This board is the most contrarian cesspool I have ever seen.
