Being accused of a crime means just that, being accused of a crime, we the public, don't have much more information on the case other than that. The trial has not even happened yet. The accuser has additionally requested and been granted anonymity, making judging the credibility of the accusation even harder. I don't know if Justin Roiland is secretly a monster or not, but I know there isn't enough credible public information to prove it one way or another.
