A statement which, again, references goalposts that are in a very different position from where you initially said they were. Moreover, you're missing the actual point, which is that a whole lot more than government intervention gets factored into how free a market is. Monopolies, oligopolies, and corporate collusion also infringe upon market freedom, and all of those things are quite inevitable in a finite (read: real) market without some sort of regulatory oversight to prevent them (which itself also restricts the market). There's no such thing as an "actual free market," so if that's your criterion for calling a country "capitalist," then by your definition, there's no such thing as a capitalist country. Markets are only ever as free as those in power want them to be, and that remains true no matter what those in power call themselves. --- This is my signature.
