And as part of the ToS, YT also dictates what content is allowed on the platform. YouTube has no issue removing monetization from videos that contain a swear word within the first 60 seconds. This proves that they also shouldn't have any issue removing monetization from extremist content or disinformation, and yet they don't act on that. While it can be argued that they aren't doing enough, they have in the past. The plaintiffs acknowledged as much. They were obviously too late this time, but it's not like they don't do anything about it.
