So uhhhh... maybe? Like, it's essentially magical healing (looking it up, it's pretty much just fairies and legendary psychics... and Lapras, Milotic, Lucario, and Corsola). Like I would assume it's a pure life force thing considering Lucario can learn it and the whole aura gimmick, but uhhhh...
