Yes, it's delicious.
I make goat cheese and tomato pizza somewhat regularly (I'd love to add spinach too, but baking w/ it has always gone poorly).
I get a 4 oz. log of it and use half for one pizza, then another half for a 2nd later on.
It is quite a mess trying to add it to the pizza, but dries out and firms nicely in the oven.
