Goat cheese comes in multiple styles/textures.

I've yet to experience one that doesn't feel like toothpaste that's been left out for a few minutes.

Also, I don't care for the flavor, most of the time. Basically finding one I think at least has decent flavor, which has happened all of once and I forgot where it was, is more effort than it's worth to put something like that in my mouth.
