My captain seems that way but I've only known her as a cpt. I understand she was actually worse as a Sgt. Have a Sgt that was a coward as an officer but as a Sgt suddenly he's got balls about him..guess causw whenever he deals with a inmate now he's got officers with him. Also had a LT. (Lieutenant) who was OIC but when captain came and took over he left shortly after because unlike the last captain he worked under she wouldn't let him run the show. Well that and he was bitter he didn't get the captain spot with the added slap in the face he had to train her to do the job he tried to get --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ...
