It was fucked up they made him train her even though he wasn't a captain and had interviewed for that spot. They shoulda made her train under the other night shift captain. Man had ran that shift for like 4 months and despite having a captain over him on the other rotation he ran that one too. He knew the job. He was tough to work for cause he was strict but he didnt go about it in a way that was making people quit left and right like the current captain. You'd be mad at him that day but you'd be laughing about it the next day cause he was always kinda humorous in how he said and did things

Yeah. That would suck, tbh I would hate to be passed over for a job, but have to teach the new person how to do the job when it would make more sense to put me in the position
