The Blacklist isn't a political board. It use to be before a new community moderator took over and renamed it.

If I had to hazard a guess, the majority of the mod queue was from 261 because there were a bunch of right wing trolls who tried to get people mad and then marked people constantly. (See TonyKojima in that Lizzo topic today for another example.) Then on top of that, you had other right wing shitposters being fairly marked for being bigots. So you end up with a large mod queue. There were other ways to fix that problem, however. (Such as a required level to post, which would weed out a lot of shitty alts.)
The only reason 261 got nuked is fandom said so because its politics and they dont like politics: Thats it. Youre just trying to cause problems. Obviously.
