First i heard about Megaman X Dive Offline, which is pretty much the gacha with all the MTX bs removed, no online and just buy to play and now this I've seen other mobile games doing it too. I guess they didn't attract enough whales and flopped, but someone finally said "hey, what if we just sell it like a normal game instead?"
