I can't imagine doing 100 Super Jumps with even the slightest big of controller lag. Worse yet, the timing changes at different periods of the Super Jumps. You have to find the proper distance from the enemy's hitbox, then a shorter distance above it, and then a shorter distance. So if you have either controller lag, mental lag, or a depth perception issue, then the whole thing becomes a mess.
