Deadlifts are exhausting but I hardly ever do them. They're more taxing on the cns than they are beneficial for your muscles. With that said, it's a good idea to do them on occasion. I mean lifting heavy things and putting them down is the foundation of weight lifting... obviously.I just feel like my planet Fatness didnt have all that great equipment. Theres only so much a smith machine, leg press, and hamstring curls can do. Or maybe I used that as an excuse and didnt push very hard GameReviews posted... Deadlifts are an awesome exercise. I deadlift every time I train now (3-4 times per week).The good thing is that now I have a real gym to go to, so I can finally do all that. Went and got a notebook for tracking my lifts too. DrPrimemaster posted... Have you still been doing legs in general?Like I said above, mostly just the smith machine shit, and whatever other leg machines PF had.
