My personal abyss pulling-out-of was helped by ditching most of the internet.Trust me, that helped me stay out of the darkest places for a while. I avoid toxicity and have ditched things I've realized are toxic. Ditching Twitter and reducing Reddit helped a lot. But thanks to you both!
