Silver's is a bit of an edgelord for my liking, and the X/Y rivals are... something, but Barry is kinda like letting loose an orange cat on the world. The only tension involved with him is hoping he doesn't hurt himself. And yet, his track is so good. Again, it doesn't portray tension, because there really isn't any when fighting him, so that's fine. It just fits a nice, friendly ADHD dope like him. Hey! I like this one! Not my favorite rival battle theme. That goes to Silver.
