Topic	Gentlemen, start taking Metamucil every day

I know if I ate more often and consistently, I wouldn't be on the crapper as much as I am. But the primitive part of my brain says "more food, more poop". It also sucks that stress and anxiety seems to trigger me as well. It's sad that being unemployed for the last 5 months was the first time in like 20 years my bowels actually felt somewhat normal since I had a regular eating schedule and wasn't having intrusive thoughts driving to work every day. --- The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes.
