got Galarian contest ground work setup, just planning out rule changes

higher post targets since activity's picked up, before was 30-40 posts now set to 40-50, which may maintain 4-hour rounds in standard web-traffic hours (ftr, SMFFFC2 I think I had aiming at 60 posts per round)

nothing changing with time between contests, except maybe tightening the variability to be 20-40 minutes instead of 15-45

still got speedrounds, but only two. one kick off the Top 20, then again for Top Half when we drop to 1 save/hour. both times when the posts-per-round breach the 50 max target. kind of pondering one for the Top 5 either entering or starting it. Maybe top 5

anyways just posting current draft before contest starts tomorrow, this isn't final
