For one, zsig didn't "take" it back. Emerald willingly gave it up. Then I am curious what exactly got moderated. Beyond that, technically we can't really have "ownership" of anything we post on this board. If someone wants to just say "screw those guys" and host their own version of pick 'em or whatever there isn't anything stopping them. A peaceful mutiny isn't really a moddable offense.
