I think its intention was to prevent people from harassing you, but people turned it into blocking people they just don't like. GFAQs is supposed to be an enjoyable experience for its users. If there's someone like an Ulti who consistently makes that experience worse, especially in something like a contest that takes a lot of effort to run, they're not entitled to my time or attention. Nothing juvenile about it.
