Emerald hosting meant that 1 person could not participate. Ulti hosting likely means that multiple people can't participate unless they unblock Ulti. Asking Emerald to accommodate Ulti was a reasonable request. Asking multiple people to unblock Ulti to participate is a lot less reasonable. I do not have Ulti blocked but Ulti is blocked by so many people due to his own actions.
