If you're dieting (and not doing any physical exercise like cardio or weight training), watching your calories, and constantly at a deficit of 500 calories every day, you should be losing about 1lbs a week (1lbs of fat is about 3500 calories), though based off from different body builds and metabolism it could also mean between 0.5-2lbs a week.
