in 2 weeks. I was losing about a rate of 2lbs a week before. Though I literally havent been working out in 2 weeks since I got a hemmy so maybe that also is a factor >_>

I was hoping to lose 7 more lbs so I could fuck mad Asian chicks when I get to Japan. But I still lost 35+ lbs overall and I'm sub 180 lbs, so I guess I can settle for fucking only a couple instead >_> I'll get back to the weight loss grind when I get back home I guess.

Diet's off when I'm in vacation tho! Sumo feast every fucking day!

You're on track really. If you're dieting (and not doing any physical exercise like cardio or weight training), watching your calories, and constantly at a deficit of 500 calories every day, you should be losing about 1lbs a week (1lbs of fat is about 3500 calories), though based off from different body builds and metabolism it could also mean between 0.5-2lbs a week.

I actually don't really "gain" any weight on vacation because I stop taking creatine. Like, I've gained weight, but I don't show it on the scales.

Working out for an hour is like skipping food for an entire day almost. Even 2 sessions a week is probably 3000 calories or so. So... That's a lot. It helps a lot.

I seem to have a plateau of around 175 that is super hard to get under. I would ideally like to be 165 to 170. But I have added some muscle so that might be part of why the weight is more stable.

5'10" btw
