congrats on all you have lost thoe Prestoff posted... You're on track really. If you're dieting (and not doing any physical exercise like cardio or weight training), watching your calories, and constantly at a deficit of 500 calories every day, you should be losing about 1lbs a week (1lbs of fat is about 3500 calories), though based off from different body builds and metabolism it could also mean between 0.5-2lbs a week.Appreciate it! --- Neon >_> ...
