Rowling's apparent fanatical hatred of trans people. But it's not going to make much of a difference if this property doesn't include the individuals whom J.K. would exclude. You could make the argument "at least it's not money going to a bigot," but some of Disney's stocks are owned by the Saudi Arabian government. Your money is still going to the mistreatment of LGBTQ individuals.
