What you're saying is a tacit admission that Obamacare isn't good, but you want to use that to support your argument that Obama has been better than Biden on health care. It makes no fucking sense. to be fair the idea behind obamacare WAS good and its why certain parts of it have persisted for so long. the issue was the rest of it was so vehemently fought against by republicans that he had to make concessions. i dont think that says anything about how good or bad either biden or obama were, it moreso highlights how fucking terrible republicans are in every aspect so in other words lets just agree to hate republicans instead of fighting amongst each other ...
