I think I know what you are trying to say? Because I believe Obama did good with Obamacare, you expect me to believe in order for Biden to be a better president, he'd have to improve Obamacare? That's like for you to say "In order for you to believe Biden to be a better president than John Adams, you'd have him build something better than the Bill of Rights.
