I thought these kind of sites are protected because they aren't selling it, it's the users. That's what i was thinking. I could see ebay changing policy or something and the fine being much smaller. End of the day, i see a ton of bootlegs on there, but the sellers disappear I'm sure. They should go after the sellers. Then again, I'm biased towards ebay.
